I love the menu and how creative it is with some groovy music to get me into the mood. The game play is classic and the background was a nice touch. You may want to add a replay button though.

Great designs, fluid controls, fine music, and okay sound effects. The eye movements were a neat touch. The push back when you press against something and jump was definitely an intriguing mechanic. It would be helpful if there was a replay button for the individual levels as I kept having to restart the whole game before figuring a strategy out which is a bit monotonous. The automatic jump at level 2 was confusing whether or not you wanted that to be a hint or not. Clearly there's a lot of thought and effort put into this game, but having one life ruins the experience. Furthermore the pushback with the wall jumps exemplified some questionable physics. I didn't get very far into the game, but can clearly see a lot of care was put into making it.
Thanks for the feedback- On the topic of wall push back, you can always try a different one of the 3 gameplay styles under "Options". The "automatic jump" happens when your x and y speed isn't reset, and that should only happen in gameplay style 1(unless you are referring to the part where you are launched upwards in the final segment, which happens in all the styles).
The "one life" thing was something I was debating removing(Either that or adding a multi-hit system to gameplay style 3), but I decided to keep that in. I see now that I should change this in the future.
Once again- Thanks for the feedback!
Intense gameplay. Excellent work! Your products are always high quality! I would LOVE a survival mode as this is the type of game to have one with all the enemies and shooting. Oh, and btw: I just noticed the easter egg for Don't Escape 3...nice!
I also wanted to see how far I could go on hardcore holding out without fully repairing the ship. Apparently I made it to wave 59.
Tips:
For the first beast, the standard cannon is best.
For the tank beast the shotgun is your best friend
The missile launcher is best at taking on all enemy types-but I mean when every enemy type is together.
And for the turrents: Keep them behind the ship (south side) since most attacks come from the front (north side). Maxing out the upgrades/ # of turrents should take care of most attacks from the rear.
Excellent designs, easy controls, great soundtrack, and fine sound effects. My only problem is that the gun reloading is too slow and should have an upgrade.
Catchy music, easy controls, awesome designs, challenging levels, and complementary music. Excellent work!
I'm glad you liked it, thank you for the feedback :)
So after replaying, I realized the game is fine and all but nothing special. Some music could be added whilst playing to help immerse the experience I guess.
thanks for comment ill add in next update
The concept is fine. The background and character designs are okay. It would be better if there was music to accompany the tone or sound effects to add personality as it seems bland. Also the upgrading seems a bit random with some equipment being able to be upgraded and some unable to be improved upon.
